Winbrook Celebrates 60 Years of Unwavering Commitment to Client Success
Since its inception in 1965, Winbrook Inc. has been committed to prioritizing our clients’ needs and providing tailored solutions to meet the evolving demands of their businesses. Over the span of six decades, Winbrook has continually adapted and grown, leveraging investments in technology, strategic executive management, and targeted acquisitions to refine our corporate direction.
Founded by Charles and Dale Lattanzio, Winbrook initially served as a distributor of data supplies and forms to the banking industry. By 1980, the company expanded its offerings to include business forms, printing services, and comprehensive document management solutions. Recognizing the increasing importance of marketing services in the nineties, Winbrook embraced this need and broadened its scope to include custom promotional products. Winbrook’s growth required capital investments in IT infrastructure and the development of an online, real-time supply chain and inventory management system. This period saw the introduction of new services aimed at fulfilling our clients’ needs for end-to-end solutions in print and promotional product sourcing, brand management, reporting, and logistics/distribution.
In the early 2000s, leadership transitioned to Scott and Chip Lattanzio, ushering in a period of remarkable growth characterized by expanded sales efforts and substantial investments in infrastructure. In 2017, Winbrook solidified its position as the largest New England-based provider of branded print, promotional, packaging, display, fulfillment, and digital solutions to the banking, credit union, and financial service industries through the acquisition of RPM and its extensive client portfolio. In response to the onset of the pandemic in 2020, Winbrook leveraged its extensive network of domestic and overseas manufacturers to procure essential personal protective equipment for our clients. Additionally, we extended our support to eldercare and behavioral health organizations, recognizing their critical needs during these challenging times. Most recently, Winbrook’s acquisition of Brandmark Creative and its client portfolio in early 2024 expanded the vertical markets that we serve, offering benefits of scale, innovation and expertise for our regional, national, and global clients.
As we move forward, Winbrook remains committed to enhancing our services and expanding our portfolio through strategic sales initiatives and targeted acquisitions.
