However, with a widespread global workforce, delivering physical gifts to some overseas recipients has become prohibitively expensive due to high shipping fees, duties, and complex customs processes. In some regions, even ensuring the delivery of physical items proved to be a logistical hurdle. The objective was to find a cost-effective, scalable, and seamless way to reward global sales teams without compromising the quality and personalization of the incentives.
To overcome these challenges, we partnered with a specialized Incentive Card company that offers a wide array of digital rewards, eliminating the need for physical gift delivery. The digital rewards program includes a global rewards catalog with over 1,000 options, such as digital gift cards, prepaid cards, and charitable donations. The solution was tailored to accommodate the unique needs of Dassault Systèmes, ensuring flexibility across various countries and ease of delivery.
The program's implementation was straightforward. Dassault Systèmes provided the email addresses of the recipients along with the designated reward amounts. We then crafted a personalized, client-branded email that was sent to each recipient, notifying them of their gift. Recipients were directed to a custom-branded landing page where they could select from a variety of digital gift cards that were tailored to their specific country. The digital rewards were instantly delivered via email, ensuring immediate access. The reward link had no expiration, further simplifying the process for both the client and the recipients.
The Incentive Card program proved to be a game-changer for Dassault Systèmes. It removed the high costs associated with shipping, which previously ranged from $400 to $800 per package, and eliminated concerns over customs or delivery challenges. Additionally, the ease and flexibility of offering digital rewards were widely appreciated by recipients across different regions. Clients were thrilled with the customizable and branded nature of the program, and recipients found it easy and convenient to choose their rewards. As a result, Dassault Systèmes successfully streamlined its incentive process while maintaining high levels of recipient satisfaction.
